Very professional and impressive practice. Doctor Ross and his staff are excellent and I felt comfortable and cared for. I’m always hesitant about dental work but Dr. Ross put me at ease and my procedure went smoothly. Highly recommend this practice.

Called this office asking if they accepted my dental insurance and asked only for my routine cleaning. They said yes and I move forward with getting a cleaning done. On my first visit I was 15 mins late and they advise me that I would need to reschedule for the cleaning. That is completely understandable as it is my responsibility to arrive to my appointment on time. However, the dentist did exam my teeth and was advised after the appointment that the exam incurred a fee. Never was I advised of this fee before the examination. This is a violation of Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act as a fee incurred must be disclosed before service is performed. They removed the fee when I brought it up to them. Since they did the right thing, I was willing to give them a second chance and showed up to the rescheduled cleaning appointment. Everything when smooth until I received a bill in the mail. Apparently they are out-of-network with my dental insurance. The issue is that the very first question I asked when I scheduled with them was to avoid this very situation I was placed in.

Staff is professional, personable and responsive in answering questions and informing patients about post-op care as well as relating to parents needs. While dental procedures are unpleasant, the experience was exceptionally comfortable and reassuring.

Dr and staff was amazing. Surgery was fast and painless and I was out in 45 mins. Dr Ross even gives you a courtesy call after your procedure to make sure you are doing good. Overall great experience.

This office is run so efficiently and Dr Bradley Ross is extremely professional, knowledge and very thorough. He explains what needs to be done in a very precise manner and addresses one issue at a time. I highly recommend this practice !!

The staff is friendly and skillful. Dr. Ross treats you like family. He looks out for your best interest and options if available. He guides you through the procedure and informs you of everything he is doing or going to do. He makes sure you are okay throughout the whole process. I had a bone graph and tooth extraction done. I did not feel a thing nor discomfort. He has a great sense of humor as well, which helps his patients relax. I recommend this office to all.
